摘要
目的：提高对卵巢外勃勒纳肿瘤（Ｂｒｅｎｎｅｒ瘤）的认识。方法：报告我院１ 例卵巢外发生于腹膜后的恶性Ｂｒｅｎｎｅｒ瘤。对其临床表现、诊断以及治疗和预后进行了讨论，并探讨本病的病理及组织发生学。结论：卵巢外Ｂｒｅｎ－ｎｅｒ瘤术前诊断存在困难。
Objective:Improve the knowledge of extraovarian Brenner tumor. Methods:One 68 year old women with extraovarian Brenner tumor was presented. The Brenner tumor was malignant and found in retroperitoneal. With our case and privious reports, we discussed the clinical features, diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of extraovarian Brenner tumor. The pathology and histogenesis of extraovarian Brenner tumor were also analysed in the context of their unusual location and their origin. Conclusion:Because the diagnosis of extraovarian Brenner tumor is difficult before operation, our report is helpful to decrease clinical and pathological misdiagnosis.
