摘要
根据汽车制造企业产品设计部门的需求,针对传统GD&T设计流程中存在的一些不足,运用计算机辅助设计工具来对其进行优化:运用数据库知识分析和归类车身零部件相关特征信息和基准信息等资料,并结合工程设计规则和专家知识搭建一个车身尺寸公差信息的知识数据库,在此基础上运用UG二次开发工具设计一个优化车身GD&T设计流程的计算机辅助设计系统,可用于减少GD&T设计流程中大量的重复性工作,以缩短设计周期,提高设计效率。
According to the needs of vehicle manufacturers'product design department, and in light to the defects in the traditional design process of GD&T, computer-aided design tools are used to optimize the design process of GD&T: analyzing and classifying the related auto-body parts feature data, positioning benchmarks, and setting up an auto-body GD&T knowledge database integrated with industry rules and expert knowledge. Based on this database, the Computer Aided Optimization Design System for auto-body GD&T is designed with UG secondary development tools. The System can reduce the reduplicated work in the design process, so as to shorten the design cycle and enhance the design efficiency.
