艾普拉唑三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的研究艾普拉唑三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效及安全性。方法选取消化性溃疡患者80例,随机分治疗组和对照组各40例,分别给予以艾普拉唑或以奥美拉唑为基础的三联疗法治疗,治疗时间均为4周。结果治疗结束时,两组临床症状缓解有效率间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是治疗组症状完全缓解天数少于对照组(P<0.05)。两组溃疡愈合率和幽门螺杆菌转阴率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 艾普拉唑三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡起效迅速,疗效稳定,是安全、有效的治疗方案。
