摘要
目的了解深圳市宝安区观澜街道0～3岁儿童传染病发病情况,为今后针对性地开展儿童传染病防治工作提供依据。方法导出国家疫情网中2005—2009年宝安区观澜街道的数据进行描述性分析。结果 5年间0～3岁法定传染病共发生15种4 093例,无死亡病例。总发病率为1 164.24/10万,发病率居前5位的依次是:其他感染性腹泻、麻疹、细菌性痢疾、手足口病和流行性腮腺炎;男性发病数为2 636例,发病率为749.8/10万;女性发病数为1 457例,发病率为414.4/10万。性别分布显示男性发病高于女性发病,差异有统计学意义(χ2=198.26,P<0.01);观城发病率最高为151.6/10万,其次为大水坑社区为119.8/10万,君子布社区发病率最低为55.5/10万。结论危害观澜街道0～3岁儿童的主要传染病是其他感染性腹泻,控制肠道传染病和强化麻疹疫苗的接种工作仍是该街道婴幼儿传染病防治工作的重点。
[Objective]To learn the epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases among children under three years old in Guanlan street block of Baoan district in Shenzhen city,provide the basis for future prevention and control of infectious diseases in children. [Methods]The date of Guanlan street block in Baoan district during 2005-2009 derived from National Diseases Reporting System were analyzed descriptively. [Results]In five years,there were 4 093 cases of 15 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases in children under three years old,and no death case.The total incidence rate was 1 164.24/lakh,and the top five high-incidence diseases in order were other infectious diarrhea,measles,bacterial dysentery,hand-foot-mouth disease and mumps.There were 2 636 male cases with the incidence rate of 749.8/lakh,and 1457 female cases with the incidence rate of 414.4/lakh,the male incidence rate was significantly higher than female（χ2=198.26,P0.01）.The incidence rate of Guancheng community was the highest（151.6/lakh）,followed by Dashuikeng community（119.8/lakh）,and that of Junzibu community was the lowest（55.5/lakh）. [Conclusion]The major infectious diseases that is harmful to children under three years old in Guanlan street block is other infectious diarrhea.It is important to control the intestinal infectious diseases and strengthen the measles vaccination in prevention and control of infectious diseases among children in this street block.
