摘要
目前再生技术在我国推广应用较为广泛,该文针对间歇式拌和楼改造技术,结合杭金衢高速公路养护工程实践,介绍并分析了间歇式拌和楼改造的关键技术,推荐了适合大掺量的厂拌热再生间歇式拌和楼改造方案,提出了RAP材料合适的加热温度,减轻了二次加热对材料的老化,改善了RAP材料传输过程的沾粘现象。
Asphalt pavement recycling is widely used in China now. The key technologies of batch mixing plant renovation techniques are analyzed and presented on the basis of Hangjinqu expressway maintenance construction experience. The renovation plan of central plant hot recycling for hight volume RAP materials is recommended. RAP material suitable heating temperature is raised,which could reduce the aging of the second heat of the material,improve the adhesion phenomenon in the process of RAP material transfer.
