摘要
针对攀 钢炼铁厂一烧 车间在使用 配料秤中所存 在的问题，采 取了物料整型 、降低小皮带 速度等措施，提 高了配料秤 的精度。并且 通过引入微机 配料系统，使 操作更加简便 ，而且其功能 得到扩展。在配 料秤的校核 上，尝试了挂 码校秤，并获 得了成功。
Pointed to the operating problems of dosing weigher exist in №1 sinter plant of Pan Zhihua I&S Co.,some methods such as material shaping,decreasing dosing belt speed etc. were adopted to increase the accuracy of weigher.In other hands,the microcomputer proportiong system was introduced ,and so, operation was more simplified, the function was expanded. Dealt with the weigher calibrating, the haning counterweigher method was successfully tryed.
