摘要
本文通过在金属铝表面阳极氧化合成红宝石膜的探索,确定了合成此膜的条件,研究了电流密度、氧化时间、温度、电解液组成和吸附等因素对成膜过程的影响,并讨论了成膜机理。经X射线衍射和扫描电镜测试证实,获得的膜系与氧化铬相组合的(α—Al_2O_3膜,即红宝石膜,其耐蚀、耐磨性能和硬度大为提高,且具有装饰性,是一种很有价值而值得探索的新型材料。
The Chromium Oxide incorporating α—Al_2O_3 firms was prepared on Aluminium by two—step anodic oxidation. Aluminium anodized in H_2SO_4 and absorbed CrO_4^(2-). An absorbed Aluminium firm was reanodized in bisulfate melt. The X-Ray diffraction pattern of firms indicated distinctly the formation of Ruby firms.
