摘要
本文首次提出了同时考虑结构抗力的随机性和模糊性的抗震可靠性计算方法。通过算例与非模糊可靠性进行了比较。结果表明,结构抗力的随机性较模糊性对可靠性影响大。
This paper presents for the first time the calculation method of aseismic structural reliability con-
sidering both fuzzy property and random effect of the resistence of the structure.The example shows
that the effect of the randomness on the reliablity is greater than that of the fuzziness and can not be
neglected.
