摘要
现代药理研究表明,雷公藤具有广泛的抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤及免疫调节等作用,而且近年不断发现雷公藤的活性成分具有新的药理作用,但由于其存在着较大的毒性反应,因此限制了其临床应用。为指导临床应用,对雷公藤的药理作用、临床应用,特别是不良反应以及解决方法进行了综述。
Tripterygium has been widely used in anti-inflammation,analgesia,anti-tumor and immune regulation.In recent years,new pharmacological effects are continuously found in application of active ingredients from Tripterygium,but more toxic reactions are also proved,which limit the application of Tripterygium in clinical treatment.For clinical application,this paper reviews the Tripterygium＇s pharmacological action,clinical application,adverse reactions and its solutions.
