摘要
目的:探讨以血小板减少为首发表现的艾滋病的临床特点。方法:对在我院确诊的以血小板减少为首发表现的艾滋病42例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:以血小板减少为首发表现的艾滋病,其临床出血表现无特异性,血小板数值分布比例差异无显著性,血象、骨髓象表现不具特异性。结论:单纯以血小板减少为首发表现的病例,应常规检查HIV抗体,将有助于准确诊断并避免误诊、漏诊。
Objective： To investigate the clinical characteristics of AIDS with thrombocytopenia as their performance. Methods： Reviewed 42 patients were treated with AIDS clinical characterized with thromboeytopenia as their performance.Results： To thrombocytopenia as a show of AIDS, show no clinical specificity in bleeding, platelets have numerical ratio in the distribution is no marked difference, the blood test findings and the marrow findings without specificity, Conclusion： Simple to thrombocytopenia as a show case, Should be regular inspection H1V antibodies, will help to correctly diagnose and avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
