硅烷化方法的研究

摘要 硅烷化方法即三甲基硅烷化方法,简称TMS法。Tamas提出的TMS法,对非晶态硅酸盐只有很有限的溶解能力。若在Tamas方法的基础上,加入少量的二甲亚砚,确能增大某些硅酸盐的溶解能力,并从红外光谱、扫描电镜的实验中得到证实。本文还探讨了混合溶剂法能使某些硅酸盐全部溶解的原因。 Silicane metpod is Trimethylsilylation method abbreviated to TMSmethod. TMS method offered by Tamas only has very limited dissolving ab-ility. If a small amount of DMSO is supplied on the basis of TMS method,the dissolving ability of some silicate is surely strengthened. This hasbeen proved in the experiments of infrared spectra and sweep electron micr-oscope. In this paper, the reason that mixed solvent method can make somesilicate completely dissolved has been probed as well.
