基于循环经济分析了即将大批量报废的DF4B型机车资源再利用的有效途径,结合国家技术政策、铁路运输动力需求、地方工矿企业动力机车更新换代的市场需求,提出3种再制造方式。
Large number of DF4B locomotive will soon be discarded.Based on circulating economies,the effective path for the resource to be reused was analysed.Three ways have been proposed.
