摘要
知识产权制度是保护科学技术和文化艺术成果的重要法律制度。长期以来囿于观念的偏颇,医院知识产权亟待认识、研究和解决。文章对建立医院知识产权信息系统的设计思想、功能结构、数据模型等进行研究,并对相关内容进行探讨。
