摘要
对一个医院医疗工作的整体效益主要是从医院整体的医疗质量、工作效率水平及为病人服务的程度这三个方面来评价。本文简要地介绍目前国外在医疗工作效果和效率评价方面的研究现况。
With medical high and new Sci - Tech progresses, the public require ever higher levels of excellence, even may tend to expect doctors as being able at everything, or perhaps everything. There have been lots of breakthroughs in improving the quality and reducing the cost of care. In recent scientific cul ture, it was sometimes easy for health professionals to think of quality solely in terms of clinical outcomes. Quality, however, is more than excellent medicine, is also the experience of the patient and the value perceived by the payer. Hospitals and doctors need sufficient data to know what best cost - effective practices were in certain types of cases. That all hospitals do not of course have the same level of resources makes it apparent for hospitals to evaluate a hospital s average service quality, outcomes, service effort degrees in ways which are dynamic, flexible, differential, responsive to social general development and the hospital s current resources.
