摘要
本文研究了根据能耗确定辗环扭矩的移动体积理论,导出了径向辗环扭矩的计算公式,进行了扭矩和功率的计算,并与实测的功率值作了比较。
The theory of movement volume of matter to determine torque for ring rolling according to the energy consumption is studied in this paper. The formulae to calculate torque and power needed during radial ring rolling are derived. Torque and power have been calculated. Theoretically calculated power of motor is compared with the measured value of power in ring rolling.
