摘要
水中气泡在倾斜壁面附近的运动规律研究是当前气液两相流研究领域的热点问题。该文通过试验采用高速摄影和数字图像处理技术,初步研究了静水中上升气泡沿倾斜壁面的变形、黏附、滚动、反弹特性。研究结果表明,壁面倾斜角度越小,气泡接触壁面后的变形就越大;气泡以滚动的形式沿倾斜壁面运动;当壁面水平放置时,气泡会黏附在壁面上,而当壁面倾斜角度θ<4.67°时,气泡会沿着倾斜壁面滚动一段距离后也会黏附在倾斜壁面上,当θ>4.67°时,气泡会一直沿着倾斜壁面滚动直至脱离壁面;在更大的壁面倾角下,气泡在壁面上发生连续的碰撞和反弹运动,而气泡与壁面碰撞的反弹幅度随着壁面倾斜角度的增大而增大。该文研究结果旨在为相关的近壁面气泡运动特性研究提供参考。
The study on motion behavior of single bubble rising along inclined plane in still water is one of research frontiers and hot issues in the field of present gas-liquid two-phase flow. The motion characteristics and law of bubble deformation, bubble adhesion, bubble sliding, bubble rebound of single bubble rising along inclined plane in still water were tested and studied preliminarily in the paper, by using the high-speed photography and digital image processing technology. The experimental results indicated that, bubble deformation generated after the collision of a single bubble with an inclined plane increased with the decreasing of the inclined angle, and motion pattern of air bubble along inclined plane was rolling rather than sliding. In addition, the bubble adhered to the plane when the plane was placed horizontally; If the inclined angle of plane was less than 4.67°, the bubble could roll along the inclined plane for a certain length, then adhered to the plane; If the inclined angleof plane was more than 4.67°, the bubble rolled continuously along the inclined plane, then divorced from the plane. While, under a much more inclined angle of plane, the collision and rebound of the bubble with the inclined plane happened continuously when the bubble rose along the inclined plane, and both of the rising and rebounding velocities of bubble along the inclined plane increased with the increasing of the inclined angle of plane. The paper aims to provide reference for the relevant studies on the motion behavior of bubble near the inclined plane.
