摘要
本文从系统的阶跃响应出发,从信息的观点建立数学模型,将预测控制中的多变量动态矩阵控制用于合成氨生产中的变换工段,并已投入变换工段现场运行。结果表明,在该种方案控制下,变换工段中的几项指标合格率均可达98%以上,经济效益显著提高。
In this paper, the mathematics model of the system is set UP based on the unit step response of the system in terms of information viewpoint, and multivariable dynamic matrix control in prediction is used in the shift stage system in synthetic ammonia plant. The scheme has been realised in the general microcomputer control system and put into running on the spot. The results indicate that the temperature of catalyst and out-let CO content of shift converter both reached the predicted index 98%. Furthermore, the economic benefits have increased.
