摘要
本文分析研究了奥钢联型连铸机结晶器振动机构的运动特性,提出了其运动参数的计算方法,编制了运动参数计算程序。利用该程序,在 IBM-PC 机上可方便地计算出在不同频率、振幅下结晶器振动时的位移、速度和加速度,为研究这种新型结晶器振动机构的运动特性提供了理论依据。
The kinematics of the vibrating mechanism of the recrysta- llizer in Austrian Iron and Steel Complex made continuous casting machine is studied,and a calculating method of its kinematic parameters is proposed.A program for computing the parameters is compiled.Running the program on an IBM-PC,it is easy to compute the displacement velocity and acceleration at different vibrational frequencies and ampli- tudes of the mechanism,thus offering a theoretical basis for the study of the new recrystallizer vibrationa mechanisml.
