摘要
分析了汽车座椅扶手支架零件的成形工艺.介绍了该零件多工位级进模的排样、总体结构和关键零部件的设计。实践方案表明.该模具的设计结构紧凑、动作可靠,并且降低了模具成本,提高了材料利用率,解决了零件加工过程中易出现尺寸偏差和变形的问题。
The formation process for handrail chair support of car was analyzed. The layout of multi-position progressive, global structure and design of key component for this component were introduced. The practical programs indicate that the structure of die design is compact, and that the movement is reliable. Moreover, the design can reduce the cost of die, problems during the processing such as increase the utilization efficiency of materials, and resolve the common size deviation and distortion.
