摘要
研究了一种筛片的软氮化工艺。在通氨的同时,将乙醇直接滴入工作炉内,实现气体软氮化,并对工艺进行了优选。经寿命对比实验,用该工艺处理的筛片比目前国内生产的同类产品好,性能有大幅提高。该工艺具有设备简单、操作方便、适用性广的特点,有较好的应用前景。
This papoer deals with a nitempering process of sifter mesh. The ethanol was dropped into furnace meanwhile ammonia was put through to nitempering. and the process parameter was optimized. Contrast experiments confirm that the performance of the treated sifter mesh is better than that of other current domestic products of the same kind and its average service life is greatly improved. This process demands simple equipment and is easy to operate, thus it has broad applicable prospects.
