摘要
随着社会公众对医疗服务内容和质量要求的提高,培养适合社会需求的合格医学人才已经成为一个亟待解决的问题,主要表现为对医学生素质的要求也越来越高。文章就基本素质要求之一健商进行探讨,旨在通过阐述健商的内涵与意义、健商的现状来分析医学生健商存在的问题,并提出参考性建议,为培养高质量的护理人才进行有益的探索。
Along with the high social requirement on the content and quality medical service and medical students＇ quality, cultivating qualified medical talents has become a problem urgently to be solved. This article is to explore one of the basic quality requirements- Health Quotient, to analyze existing problems through expounding the connotation, meaning and current status of Health Quotient and put forward referential suggestions for cultivating high quality nursing talents.
