摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术(laparoscop ic appendectomy,LA)的并发症及其预防策略。方法:回顾分析为58例患者施行LA的临床资料,并总结术中及术后并发症。结果:LA术中阑尾系膜出血2例,小肠电灼伤1例,皮下气肿1例;术后腹腔脓肿1例,阑尾残端漏1例。结论:腹腔镜阑尾切除术并发症的发生与手术操作熟练程度及阑尾炎的严重程度有关。正确认识疾病的严重程度、熟练规范的腔镜操作技术能有效减少LA并发症的发生。
Objective：To explore the complications of the laparoscopic appendectomy（LA） and prevention strategies.Methods：A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 58 cases of LA,intraoperative and postoperative complications were summarized.Results：Intraoperative complications of LA included 2 cases of appendical mesenterium hemorrhage,1 case of intestinal electric burn and 1 case of subcutaneous emphysema.Postoperative complications included 1 case of abdominal abscess and 1 case of appendical stump leakage.Conclusions：LA complications are assocrated with operative proficiency and the severity of appendicitis.Correct understanding of disease severity and proficient endoscopic technique can effectively reduce the LA complications.
