农业信息化是农业现代化所必须的,农业信息化有利于促进政府职能的转变,推动农业产业结构的调整。实现农业现代化要强化基础设施建设,提高农业素质,发挥农业合作组织和龙头企业的带动及辐射作用。
The agricultural information is necessary for the modernization of agriculture,which in favor of promoting change of government functions and the adjustment of agricultural structure.Realization of agricultural modernization should strengthen infrastructure construction,improve quality of agriculture and agricultural cooperative organizations and the leading and radiation role of business-driven.
