摘要
研究了不同硬度基底上离子渗硫层和磁控溅射 Mo S2 涂层的抗微动损伤能力.结果表明:在高硬度基底上沉积低摩擦系数的减摩涂层,可以有效提高减摩效果、持久性和耐磨性;当基底硬度较低时,在低载和低循环次数下减摩涂层的效果明显;在高载和高循环次数下。
The fretting wear resistant performance of two typical friction reducing coatings—plasma sulphurized and magnetron sputtered MoS 2 deposited on 45 # steel substrates with different characteristics was studied. The experimental results show that the friction reducing effect, duration and wear resistance of the coatings could be improved by depositing on a harder substrate. The coatings deposited on the softer substrate show good friction reducing effect under a lower normal load and shorter period. On the contrary, their wear resistance is obviously decreased under a higher load and larger number of cycles.
