摘要
本文使用1999～2008年中国全部国有和规模以上非国有工业企业数据,对集聚经济、要素禀赋等因素在产业动态分布中的作用进行了实证分析。在研究中,为了分析和比较集聚经济的不同类型对产业动态集聚影响的作用方向和程度,本文构建了地区产业专业化、地区产业多样性和地区市场潜能等指标。研究发现,地区产业专业化水平和市场潜能等集聚经济因素对产业的动态集聚有着显著为正的影响,而地区行业多样化水平和地区制造业相对工资增长率的系数则为负的不显著;同时,地区的要素禀赋对中国产业的动态集聚也有重要影响,从而证实新经济地理学和传统的比较优势理论对产业的空间分布都有着重要的解释力。
Based on Chinese all state-owned and non-state-owned industrial enterprises above Designated Size data from 1999 to 2007, we analysis the effect of agglomeration economy and factor endowment on the dynamic distribution of manufacture in China. To measure the different type of agglomeration economy, we compute the industrial Specialization, regional in- dustry diversity and market potential. Our result shows that, industrial specialization and market potential are positive and significant. However, regional diversity and the relative growth rates of manufacture have negative effects. Meanwhile, regional factor endowment also has important impact on the dynamic growth of manufacture. This means the new economics geography theory and comparative advantage theory can explain the industrial distribution to some extent.
