摘要
目的建立康妇灵片的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对康妇灵片中的当归、苦参、黄柏进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对黄柏中的盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定。结果定性鉴别实验特征明显、专属性强、阴性无干扰、范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率为99.74%,RSD=1.29%。结论本法可有效地控制康妇灵片的质量。
Objective To establish the method for quality control of Kangfuling tablet.Methods Angelica,radix sophorae flavescentis,amur cork-tree were identified by TLC.The berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC.Results The identification results indicated that it had good specification character.No interference in negative control.The linear range was r=0.999 4,the average recovery was 99.74%,RSD = 1.29%.Conclusion The method can be used for quality control of Fukangling tablet.
