热致变色和光致变色光学薄膜的溶胶—凝胶法制备和性质(英文) 被引量:1

摘要 用溶胶—凝胶法制备了掺铜离子的二氧化钒热致变色薄膜,其光学性质随温度发生明显的滞徊变化。铜离子使薄膜的相转变温度降低,拓宽了应用范围。用溶胶—凝胶法将螺哦嗪染料引入有机改性陶瓷中,配以适当添加剂制成光致变色薄膜,其光幅照稳定性分别比染料溶液和不含添加剂的薄膜提高50 倍和10 倍以上。 In the present work,Cu 2+ VO 2 thermochromic coatings have been prepared via solgel processing using tri isopropoxyvanadyl as the starting compound.These coatings exhibit significant thermochromic effect in optical properties due to the reversible phase change between the metal and semiconductor states of VO 2.Doping of Cu 2+ ions into the coatings leads to lower phase transition temperatures compared with pure VO 2.Solgel derived photochromic coatings have also been prepared by doping spirooxazine into Ormocer matrices containing additives,such as BPA,MI and FAS.These photochromic coatings possess attracting performances.By introducing an appropriate combination of the additives,the photostability of the dye in these coatings can be improved by a factor of>50 in comparison to the dye solution and>10 to the dye containing coatings without additives.
