Optimization of the Computer Control on Baosteel Thermal Network

摘要 宝钢一、二期工程投产数年中,蒸汽压力的频繁波动对主生产线造成严重干扰,并时而造成蒸汽放散。为改善宝钢热网运行的被动状况,开发了“热网计算机优化控制”系统,借助于能源中心EMS(计算机集散控制系统)植入智能软件,同时完善热网结构及调控硬件,将原不稳定的热网优化成监控水平高、调节灵活的热力系统,年直接净效益327万元。 During the several years’operation of Baosteel 1 st & 2 nd phase project,there have been severe interference to the main production lines,and sometimes the steam releasing arouse due to the frequent fluctuation of the steam pressure in Baosteel thermal network.In order to improve the operation conditions of the thermal network operation,Baosteel has developed an optimized control system of thermal network computer with the built in intelligent software in the EMS (Computer DCS) in the energy center,and improved the structure and the regulating & controlling hardwere of the thermal network.As a result,the existing not so stable thermal network has been upgraded as a thermal system with higher level monitoring and more flexible regulating,which will turn out yearly net profit of RMB 3 27 million and reduce the loss of the production plant.
