摘要
由于受常规抽油泵工作倾角的局限以及抽油杆、油管偏磨的闲扰,大多数水平井只能将抽油泵下到直井段生产,不能满足水平井深抽和降低流压的要求。为此,通过水平井举升工艺技术适应性分析,研究形成了适应斜井段举升的深抽配套工艺技术:斜井泵,配套的抽油杆:油管防偏磨扶正技术,油管锚定技术。现场试验表明,斜井泵在倾角60。井段运转工况正常,实现了水平井深抽工艺配套,满足了水平井接近水平段深抽要求,增产效果明显.有较好的席用前景。
Due to the limitation of the working dip angle of conventional oil pump and the problems about the eccentric wear of sucker rods and oil tube, oil pumps can only be placed in vertical section to produce oil in most horizontal well, which can not satisfy the demands of deep pumping and reducing flow pressures. Therefore, through the analysis of adaptability of the lifting technology for horizontal wells, the deep pumping engineering technology which is suitable for the lifting in kick-off section of horizontal wells has been investigated and formed, such as inclined well pumps, the matching anti-eccentric wearing and centralizing technology for sucker rod and oil tube and the oil tube anchoring technology. The field test indicates that the inclined well pump shows normal operation at the well section with the dip angle of 60° , and the matching technology of the deep pumping for horizontal wells is created, which satisfies the demands of deep pumping at the near-horizontal section of horizontal wells. Therefore, an obvious stimulation effect is obtained, and there is a relatively good application prospect.
