摘要
通过对电解金属锰生产中槽温、硫铵浓度对槽压的影响和电流密度、槽液中硒添加量、槽液锰浓度、进液锰浓度、进液p H 值对电效影响的论述,找出电解生产中最佳控制条件,从而达到降低电耗的目的。
Through a discussion on the influences of cell temperature and ammonium sulfate concentration on cell potential and the effects of current density, selenium content in cell bath, manganese concentration in cell bath, manganese concentration in feed liquor and pH value of feed liquor on current effecieney, the optimum control condition for electrolysis was found to reduce the electricity consumption.
