摘要
将４８ 例“上感”患者依入院顺序按３ ：１ 分配成治疗组（ 清开灵组） 和对照组（ 洁霉素组） ，对其疗效进行观察。结果：显效率和痊愈率治疗组分别为９１ ％ 和８３ ％ ，对照组为７５ ％ 和５８ ％ ，清开灵组明显优于洁霉素组（Ｐ＜０－０１） 。清开灵对各型“上感”的疗效均可靠，但最佳适应证为“热入营分证”。对量效关系分析表明：成人对清开灵的合适用量为８０ｍｌ／ 日，Ｂｉｄ 。
cases of upper respiratory tract infection were divided into two groups-group of Qingkailing and group of Lincomycin in the ratio of 3∶1 Observation made on their therapeutic effect showed that noticeable effective rate and cure rate of 91% and 83% were available to the group of Qingkailing while 75% and 58% to the control group of Lincomycin It was obvious that the therapeutic effect of the former was better than the latter(P<0 01) Though Qingkailing has reliable effect on upper respiratory tract infection of various types,it is most effective to Yingfen syndrome caused by invasion of pathogenic heat.Analysis on the relation between dosage and effect suggests a proper dosage of Qingkailing for adults is 80 ml daily,Bid Exceeding the recommended dosage is not adoptable.
