摘要
目的探讨糖尿病血液透析患者前臂动静脉内瘘术狭窄的血管内介入治疗的疗效及方法。方法 5例患者中4例经患侧肱动脉穿刺、1例经右侧股动脉穿刺,行前臂动脉DSA检查及动静脉内瘘术狭窄血管内球囊成形术(PTA)。结果 5例狭窄程度达到90%～98%,范围4～9cm,血管内球囊成形术后狭窄程度改善到10%以下,技术成功率达100%,无严重并发症发生。结论前臂动静脉内瘘术狭窄血管内球囊成形术是安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the methods and effect of intervention treatment for the getting diabetes mellitus nephropathy and needing hemodialysis patients whose antebrachium arteriovenous fistulas were stenosed.Methods Brachial artery was chosen as puncture point for four cases and superficial femoral artery was chosen as puncture point for one case to take DSA check-up for antebrachium artery and percutaneous transluminal angioplasty（PTA） for the stenosis of antebrachium arteriovenous fistula.Results The five cases got the diameter stenosis between 90% and 98%,the length between 4cm and 9cm.After PTA every case who could not do hemodialysis for the stenosis got success in technic.The stenosis developed smaller than 10%.Conclusion Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty（PTA） for the stenosis of antebrachium arteriovenous fistula is a safe and effective method.
