摘要
针对镁合金加工工艺的特殊工况条件,采用加氢处理的小油桐油作为基础油。对添加剂进行筛选、复配,选择适合于镁合金加工的添加剂,研制了一种环境友好型镁合金加工润滑油。试验结果表明,研制的润滑油的稳定性、防锈性、生物降解性优异,能显著提高镁合金的切削加工效率和加工质量,延长刀具使用寿命;且对操作者身体健康无害,对环境友好。
For a special processing condition of magnesium alloy,an environmentally-friendly type magnesium alloy cutting oil was developed.It uses the oil of hydrogenating barbadosnut to the base oil,carrying out degraded testing and screening additives.Through experimental results show that the developed oil has excellent stability,corrosion resistance,biodegradation.It can significantly improve that the cutting efficient,quality and extend the serve of tools.The cutting fluid is harmless to the operator and environment.
