摘要
Al-Cu-Mn合金大规格圆铸锭铸造时易产生疏松、中心裂纹及化合物聚集等缺陷,合金中Mg、Zr含量控制困难。从炉子准备、炉料结构、化学成分控制、熔体净化、铸造工艺参数等方面提出了解决办法,分析了各种措施的机理。铸造质量分析结果证明,所采取的熔铸工艺是合理可行的。
The defect of porosity,centre crack and compound gather are easily occurred during the large round ingots of the Al-Cu-Mn alloy are casting;it is difficult to control the content s of Mg,Zr in alloy.The solve ways are supplied from the furnace preparation,burden structure,chemical composition control,melt purity and casting process parameters,and analyze the ways mechanism.The casting quality analyzing result certificates that all used casting processes are reasonable and feasible.
