摘要
基于动态特性实验和模糊控制策略给出了锅炉系统新的控制方法。电厂锅炉燃烧系统的主要特性是非线性、非最小相位特征、不稳定性、时滞和负荷干扰。进行锅炉的动态特性实验并将锅炉燃烧系统表示成语言描述模型。运用线性模糊控制规则对锅炉对象的主汽压进行了仿真研究和实时控制,最后给出了模糊控制同传统方法的比较结果。
This peper Presents the new development of the steam generetion contrlo system on drum boler using hay control strategy. The Inaor dynamics of a boler include nonlinearities, nonminimum phase behavior, instabilities, time delays,and load disturbances. Dynamic experiment on boiler has been made and boiler orbustion system medel has been expred in linguistic form. Linear control rules are used to control the steam boiler system. The fuzzy logic controller has been tested in the real plant and results obtained are shown. A comparison with conventional control approaches widely used in the plant is performed.
