摘要
膳食纤维作为人体必不可少的"第七营养素",因其丰富而独特的性质备受关注。文章综述膳食纤维的保健功能及其制备研究进展,为进一步研究开发其在功能食品中应用提供参考。
As the essential seventh nutrient for human body,dietary fiber receives much concern for its special and abundant properties.Health function and preparation of dietary fiber were studied,and offered reference for the further research of development of the application in the functional food.
