摘要 目的探讨G250-DC-CIK细胞协同索拉菲尼对肾癌细胞的杀伤作用,从而探讨肾癌的新的治疗方法。方法制备出DC、CIK细胞后共培养诱导产生DC-CIK、DC-CIK-G250细胞;将实验分组分为空白组,靶对照组,效应对照组,实验组四类组别共8组。每组设3个复孔,比较各组对肾癌细胞的杀伤作用,数据进行统计学分析。结果随着效靶比增加,CIK细胞对人肾癌细胞杀伤作用增强,效靶比20∶1时杀伤作用高于效靶比5∶1时(P<0.01)。在同一效靶比下,DC-CIK组对人肾癌细胞的杀伤率则明显高于CIK组(P<0.01)。DC-ClK-G250组对ACHN细胞的杀伤率明显高于CIK细胞和DC-CIK细胞,效靶比为20∶1时,达到90.2%。结论免疫治疗结合药物靶向治疗作为一种新方法,在临床肿瘤治疗上具有广阔前景。
