摘要
针对20 MN大型数控框架式液压机机身CAD分析及优化,应用三维软件Solidworks建立了20 MN大型数控框架式液压机机身的三维模型,采用有限元分析模拟软件ANSYS建立了有限元计算模型,并进行静态刚强度分析。计算分析了机身的应力及应变,在此基础上构建了主体结构的优化计算模型,将机身进行了优化设计,并与初始设计进行对比分析,为机身的结构设计及优化提供理论依据。
The large 20 MN NC frame type of hydraulic press body's solid model was built through 3 dimension software,and its finite element model was proposed based on the finite element software ANSYS in order to analyze its stiffness and strength.The press body's stress and strain were calculated,based on which the main structure of the optimization model was constructed and optimized.Then compared with the initial design,the results provide a theoretical basis for the hydraulic press body's structural design and optimization.
