摘要
通过对山东省地方高校2005-2008年度R&D投入状况分析,了解山东省地方高校科技投入现状及水平,发现高校科技工作发展中存在的问题,明确其改进重点及发展方向,为高校科技创新工作又好又快发展,促进科技、经济、社会协调发展提供重要依据。
Based on a structural analysis of R＆D fund investment in Shandong local universities from 2005 to 2008, this paper grasps the current situation and standard of the investment in science and technology in Shandong local universities and discovers the existing problems in universities＇ work on science and technology. In addition, it puts forward the key points and establishes an explicit direction for future improvement. Thus, this paper provides a vital foundation for sound and rapid growth in scientific and technological innovations in universities and for a coordinated development in science and technology, economy and society.
