骨化三醇注射液治疗继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 骨化三醇注射液治疗慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(secondary hyperparathyroidism,SHPT)已在临床上广泛运用,同时有许多关于注射制剂与口服制剂治疗疗效对比研究在国际杂志上发表,注射制剂对于SHPT的治疗取得了诸多进步。而我国对骨化三醇注射液治疗的研究却很少,随着骨化三醇注射制剂在我国的引进,临床上会有越来越多CKD患者运用骨化三醇注射液治疗SHPT,其治疗SHPT的卓越疗效和安全性会获得很好的观察。
