摘要
目的从土壤化学元素含量分布规律,探索河北省食管癌死亡率地域性分布与化学元素的关系,为食管癌的防治提供科学依据。方法根据研究区域,2008-06采用网络布点,常规采集土壤样品(磁县-食管癌高发区、赤城-食管癌低发区,各采集31份),测定土壤中铜、锌、铁、钙、镁元素含量,对磁县土壤成分差别较大的元素铜、锌、铁、镁的含量与磁县食管癌死亡率进行了Pearson直线相关分析。结果磁县土壤中铜的含量均值为12.68μg/g、锌为119.70μg/g,均明显高于赤城的12.07μg/g、55.33μg/g,铁、镁含量、铜/锌比值为443.98μg/g、1526.12μg/g、0.12分别低于赤城的7841.48μg/g、2202.93μg/g、0.22,经t检验,差异均有统计学意义(P(0.05);钙含量磁县高于赤城,(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。食管癌死亡率与土壤中的铜、锌、铁、镁含量有相关性。铜、锌的含量与食管癌死亡率呈正相关,相关系数分别为r=0.308 8(P<0.05)、r=0.254 8(P<0.05);铁、镁的含量呈负相关,相关系数分别为r=-0.267 9,(P<0.05)、r=-0.342 8,(P<0.05)。结论河北省食管癌死亡率地域性分布与土壤化学元素含量有关,提示地质条件的差异可能是河北省食管癌死亡率具有明显地域性的原因之一。
Objective To understand chemical elements concentrations in soil,analyze the correlation between the chemical elements in soil and the distribution of esophageal cancer mortality in Hebei province and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of the disease.Methods Sixty two soil samples were collected in highly endemic area-Cixian county(31) and low endemic area-Chicheng county(31) to detect the copper,zinc,iron,calcium and magnesium concentrations.Pearson liner correlation analysis was conducted on the correlation between high concentration of copper,zinc,iron and magnesium in Cixian and the mortality of esophageal cancer.Results The results showed that the copper and zinc concentrations in soil in Cixian(12.68 μg/g,119.70 μg/g) were significantly higher than those in soil in Chicheng(12.07 μg/g,55.33 μg/g),while the iron,magnesium concentrations and copper/zinc ratio in soil in Cixian(443.98 μg/g,1526.12 μg/g,0.12) were significantly lower than those in soil in Chicheng(7 841.48 μg/g,2 202.93 μg/g,0.22)(P0.05).There was no significant difference on the calcium concentration in soil between highly endemic area and low endemic area.Esophageal cancer mortality was correlated with copper,zinc,iron and magnesium concentrations in soil.Esophageal cancer mortality was positively correlated with copper and zinc concentrations(r = 0.308 8,r = 0.254 8,P 0.05),but negatively correlated with iron and magnesium concentrations(r =-0.267 9,r =-0.342 8,P 0.05).Conclusion The results showed that the difference of trace element concentrations in soil might be one of important factors to influence the geographic distribution of esophageal cancer mortality in Hebei province.
