摘要
P 复合变质剂和PRe 双重变质剂对共晶硅和过共晶硅铝都是较好的变质剂,但不能使过共晶硅石墨铝获得良好的变质效果。通过分析过共晶硅石墨铝变质剂的特殊性,研究得到了合适、可靠的PGr 变质剂,同时为共晶硅石墨铝的变质剂的选择提供了参考。
P composite modifying agent and P Re double modifying agent are better modifying agents for eutectic Si Al composite and hyper eutectic Si Al composite. However, they are not able to modify hyper eutectic Gr Al composite. In this study, the authors investigate the specific characteristics of the modifying agent for hyper eutectic Gr Al Si composite, obtaining a reliable and suitable modifying agent——P Gr. This also can be serviced as a better reference for modifying agent for eutictic Gr Al Si alloy.
