摘要
采用LBW+SPF组合技术制造Inconel718合金多层夹芯板结构。为了增强多层夹芯板结构使用时的安全性,研究其热处理技术。结果表明:Inconel718合金在焊接过程产生了Nb含量较高的Laves沉淀相;超塑成形后焊缝中的Nb元素的偏析问题得了缓解;经980℃固溶30min处理后,焊缝中的δ相完全回溶母体γ相,焊缝中母体γ相的Nb元素含量继续升高,但仍有Laves相未溶解;经1080℃固溶30min后焊缝中的Laves相完全溶解,解决了Nb元素的偏析问题。1080℃固溶后母材的晶粒显著长大,屈服强度比成形后有所下降。
The Inconel718 superalloy with multi-sheet coreboard structure was manufactured by LBW+SPF complex technology.In order to enhance the security of multi-sheet coreboard structure,the heat treatment processing was studied.The results show that Laves precipitation phase which contains higher content Nb element in the welding process of Inconel718 superalloy.After SPF process,Nb segregation in the weld is partly dissolved.The heat treatment of solution treatment at 980℃/30min can make δ phase dissolve thoroughly into the γ phase and the Nb content of the dendritic in the weld joint steps up.The heat treatment of solution treatment at 1080℃/30min can make Laves phase dissolve and solve the problem of segregation Nb.Grain size of Inconel718 superalloy by solution treatment 1080℃ grows up greatly.The yield strength compared after superplastic forming decreases slightly.
