摘要
通过对四辊铝箔轧机辊系弹性变形、辊系热变形以及箔带三维塑性变形的分析计算,建立了铝箔轧机板形计算模型和支承辊辊型优化的数学模型。对某厂2120m m 铝箔轧机支承辊辊型进行了优化研究,将优化后的辊型应用于生产,提高了该轧机产品的板形稳定性、板形质量和成品率。同时也使轧辊端部剥落现象明显减少。
The shape calculation model of the aluminum foil mill and the mathematical model for the optimization of the backup roll profile are established through the calculation of elastic and thermal deformation of rolls in the 4-high aluminum foil mill.The backup roll profile of 2120mm aluminum foil mill is optimized.Through the application of the optimized profile,the shape stabilization,shape quality and the yield of the mill are increased.At the same time,the roll spalling phenomena is decreased.
