性早熟女童血清胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ检测价值及抗早颗粒剂治疗的作用 被引量：3

摘要 目的 研究特发性中枢性性早熟（ICPP）女孩血清胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ（IGF-Ⅰ）及其结合蛋白Ⅲ（IGFBP-3）的检测价值.方法 ICPP组39例和单纯性乳房发育（SPT组）30例初诊时清晨空腹采静咏血,采用化学发光法检测雌二醇（E2）、促黄体素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、IGF-1、IGFBP-3,比较两组结果,同时ICPP组口服中药抗早颗粒剂,疗程6个月,治疗前后检测IGF-1、IGFBP-3的变化.结果 ICPP组血清E2、LH、FSH水平均明显高于SPT组（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）;ICPP组血清IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP-3水平分别为SPT组的1.9和1.4倍;IGF-Ⅰ/IGFBP-3比值为对照组的1.3倍;血清IGF-Ⅰ水平与E2水平呈正相关（r=0.46,P＜0.01）;抗早颗粒剂治疗6个月后,血清E2浓度较治疗前有显著降低（P＜0.01）,血IGF-Ⅰ浓度较治疗前无显著变化,GFBP-3浓度较治疗前有增加趋势,但差异无统计学意义.结论 血清IGF-1及IGFBP-3水平检测可作为ICPP早期诊断的参考指标之一,中药对其无显著改变.
