根据分形理论用计算机模拟一些美丽、奇异的艺术图形，并把分形理论与数字图像处理技术结合起来，使生成的分形图形可人工干预，并创新地提出了对分形图形频域扰动的技术，以产生协调自然，丰富多彩，并具有较高艺术性的艺术图案．
By Using computer to stimulate some beautiful and singular fractal images based on fractal theory,combines the fractal theory and digital image processing technique,so the images can be controlled by users.By using frequency disturbing technique based on fractal images to make many art images that assort with the nature and colorful.
