摘要
对某在役奥氏体不锈钢压力容器进行现场金相检验时发现其下封头的纵向焊缝处存在微裂纹。分析了裂纹的形成原因,结果表明:该裂纹是由焊接引起的横向沿晶液化裂纹和由压制成型引起的纵向裂纹共同构成的混合型裂纹。并针对如何预防此类裂纹,提出了相应的工艺改进措施。
In the local metallographic examination process for an austenitic stainless steel in-service pressure vessel, the microcracks had been found in the longitudinal welds of its lower head. Formation mechanism of cracks was analyzed, the result showed that those cracks were composed of transverse liquefaction cracks cause by welding and vertical cracks caused by the suppression molding in manufacture. Some measures were proposed for the prevention of this kind of cracks.
