摘要
锌钙系磷化液属于室温磷化，形成的磷化膜结晶细致，在其磷化膜层上喷漆或涂塑均可获得细致、光亮的膜层，因此备受广大电镀工作者的青睐．其膜层中钙的含量直接影响到膜层的质量．但磷化膜层中钙的分析未曾见报道，作者拟采用ＣＨＣｌ３ ＋（ＮＨ４）６Ｍｏ７Ｏ２４ 溶液萃取分离ＰＯ３ －４ ，用偶氮氯膦Ⅲ对Ｃａ２ ＋ 显色进行分光光度法分析。
Phosphate solution of zinc calcium series belongs to room temperature phospheriztion. The crystal of phosphate film formed by this solution is very fine and smooth、 and we can also get a fine、smooth and shing film by spraying lacquer or painting plastics on the phosphate film. So many electroplating workers very like to use it. The calium content of the phosphate film directly affects the quality of the film, but the analysis of calcium in the film has not be reported. So this paper has planned to analyse it by spectrophotometric method, using CHCl 3+(NH 4) 6Mo 7O 24 solution extract PO 3- 4, and using chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ to colour develope Ca 2+ . A very satisfactory result has been obtained.
