摘要
目的提升我国医药产业的国际竞争力,推动新医改顺利进行。方法通过比较国内外仿制药的发展现状,分析国内发展的不足,探讨解决办法。结果与结论根据我国所具备的特有条件和特殊国情,发展仿制药是大势所趋。从参与国际相关标准的制定、知识产权、政府扶持、人才培养等方面入手,探讨促进我国仿制药发展的策略。
Objective Promoting Chinese international competitiveness,propel the new reform of medical system to go on smoothly.Methods By comparing the development of generic drug between Chinese and foreign,find deficiencies in China,and give suggestions based on the specific conditions in our country.Results and Conclusion According to the specific factors and conditions in China,it is an irresistible trend to develop generic drugs,explore the strategies on setting international relative standards,intellectual property,government support,talent training.Moreover,generic drugs is special product,we need the international co-operation to develop it.
