摘要
针对黄土高原的水环境，认为节水农业是黄土高原农业可持续发展的唯一和必然的选择． 介绍了节水农业的三种涵义以及主要的节水农业技术。
To counter water circumstance in the Loess Plateau, the water saving agriculture is considered the only and inexorable choice for sustainable agriculture. In this paper, three meanings of water saving agriculture and main water saving techniques are introduced. Then models and problems of water saving agriculture in the Loess Plateau are inquired into.
